Attorneys Bill Quigley and Traci Washington, and Melissa Leo star of the HBO hit series set in New Orleans, Treme, join me. And Steve Earle, another cast member of Treme, talks about the city, and songs of finger pointing and hope..And why he named his new son John Henry. Then, whether you watch Fox News or not, youand#039;re being affected by Glenn Beck. Is he a huckster to laugh at or a dangerous demagogue? Weand#039;ll talk to Beckand#039;s very unofficial biographer Alexander Zaitchik in an in depth conversation with Goldwater historian, Rick Perlstein. And by way of antidote, Texasand#039;s own Jim Hightower, the author of the Hightower Lowdown, reminds us what a real populist movement is - in a special feature recorded this spring. And some thoughts from me on rising waters, tides, and are there boats for everybody? Itand#039;s all coming up on GRITradio...
